1.2 Do you deliver abroad?

Ofcourse! Free delivery (Above 20,-) within Europe, and we ship outside of the EU aswell.

1.3 What's the average delivery time?

Benelux 1-2 working days, and 3-10 working days for the rest of the EU depending on country, product and supply.

1.4 Can you repair my ‘….’ Brand Hoverboard/E-Board/E-step?

Yes, we strive to do all repairs ourselves, even if the product wasn’t originally bought here.

 

1.5 E-BIKES:
1.6 Are the E-Bikes from Voltes legal?

Yes! Although there's an optional thumb-throttle available for installation for example for the Super73 bikes, after installation of which the E-bike will be considered illegal.

1.7 How fast am I allowed to drive this?

25 km/h to be exact, this because of EU regulations.

1.8 So how does it work exactly?

Our E-bikes are pedal-assisted! This means that after physically initiating the pedaling, the motor will activate and ‘assist’ you in speed while you drive.

 

1.9 E-SKATE:
1.10 Are the E-Skates from Voltes legal?

No, officially there’s no law and regulation within The Netherlands yet concerning this type of motorized vehicle, legalization itself however isn’t that far into the future, within the EU it's been largely legalized already.

1.11 How fast am I allowed to drive this?

Currently there is no regulation for this, but 25 km/h is the maintained guideline.

1.12 So how does it work exactly?

This is different for each model, the Koowheel boards for example have built-in rear wheel engines, whereas the Evolve boards are belt-powered.

 

1.13 E-STEPS:
1.14 Are the E-Steps from Voltes legal?

No, officially there’s no law and regulation within The Netherlands yet concerning this type of motorized vehicle, legalization itself however isn’t that far into the future, within the EU it's been largely legalized already.

1.15 How fast am I allowed to drive this?

Currently there is no regulation for this, but 25 km/h is the maintained guideline.

1.16 So how does it work exactly?

These E-steps, or E-scooters, have got a motor in the front or rear wheel which works in harmony with a powerful battery consisting of individual Lithium-Ion batteries in order to push the step forward.

1.18 Are the Hoverboards from Voltes legal?

No, officially there’s no law and regulation within The Netherlands yet concerning this type of motorized vehicle, legalization itself however isn’t that far into the future, within the EU it's been largely legalized already.

1.19 How fast am I allowed to drive this?

Currently there is no regulation for this, but most have 15 km/h (20 km/h with kart) as maximum speed.

1.20 So how does it work exactly?

Motor powered wheels, together with a powerful Lithium-Ion battery from Samsung and TaoTao Mother + sensorboards.

1.22 Are the Onewheels from Voltes legal?

No, officially there’s no law and regulation within The Netherlands yet concerning this type of motorized vehicle, legalization itself however isn’t that far into the future, within the EU it's been largely legalized already.

Currently there is no regulation for this, but 25 km/h is the maintained guideline.

1.24 So how does it work exactly?

Powerful mid-engine in combination with a flat Li-Ion battery ensure the Onewheels’ high speed and relatively big amount of coverable distance.
