You are welcome to visit us for a test drive and a delicious cup of coffee. We have a showroom of 200 M² with a test model of each product so you can try out the product at ease. In addition, we will gladly give you advice and answer to all your questions. You can park for free in front of our company!

Yes, you can come by for a repair. We recommend to schedule a repair appointment so that we can help you right away.

1.6 How can i place an order?

Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the big red button. You can complete the order with your Voltes account. Do not have an account? You can also order without an account, but you will have to fill in your details.

 

1.7 How do I change my order?

You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change your order.

 

1.8 How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel it. Has your order already been shipped? Refuse the package at the door or return it via our shipping and returns page.

 

1.9 I want to change my delivery address

Have you entered an incorrect delivery address and have not yet received a shipping confirmation? Please contact our customer service. Then we will see if we can still change the address.

1.11 How much are the shipping costs?

We do not charge shipping costs for orders from €50. This applies to all countries in Europe.

 

1.12 What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for the Netherlands is 1 working day and for Belgium 1 to 2 working days. The delivery time for the other countries can be found on the shipping and return page.

 

1.13 What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

We do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the tracking information for the most current delivery information.

 

1.14 What happens if I am not at home?

The delivery company delivers your package to the neighbors or comes back the next day. Both fail? Then your package will be brought to a collection point near you.

 

1.15 What should I do if I have not received my order?

Check the following:

1. Package tracking information
Check the track and trace code to see if the delivery has been shifted or if the package is on the way/delivered.

 

2. The delivery address
Check if the delivery address matches what you entered when ordering.

 

3. The mailbox
Check if a non-home message has been left in your mailbox. If this is the case, the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery company has scheduled a new delivery time.

1.18 How fast will i get my money back after returning?

When we have processed your return, it will be refunded within 3 days. We always refund the money via the chosen payment method. How fast you have the money in your account depends on the payment method.

Is the amount not in your account after 5 working days? Please contact our customer service.

Report this to our customer service and we will ensure that you have the correct product at home as soon as possible.
