Shipping costs

Voltes does not charge shipping costs for orders from all countries across Europe.


Shipping confirmation

When your order has been sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This mail contains information regarding your order such as the track & trace code.


Delivery time

Your order is shipped after you received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In the table below you can see what the expected delivery time is for your order. Is your country not listed? Let us know and we will sort it out for you.

Failed Delivery Attempt
If you are not present upon delivery, the shipping company will leave a failed delivery attempt card for you. At this stage you need to contact the shipping company which is listed on the card. The door tag will have the shipping company contact details. Please contact them to locate where your order is being held. You will be able to pick up the order or make a new appointment for delivery.



Not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That is annoying and we are going to do something about it.

All our promises:
30 days cooling-off period, after receiving your product.
Exchange product? Upon receipt, we ship your new product the same day.
Money back? The amount will be refunded within 3 days after receipt.
Is your product broken? Then you have 2 years warranty on your product.

Please note that your order can only be returned or exchanged if it meets the return conditions. The costs for the return are for your own. You are responsible for damage or disappearance of the package during the return. We recommend to send the return with track & trace code. After the order is received in good order by us, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a 3 days.

Return conditions
* Returns or exchanges are only possible within 30 days.
* The product must be new and unused.
* The product must be undamaged.
* No attempt has been made to restore a possible defect.
* The product must be in its original packaging.

How can I return?
You can return in 2 ways:
1. Send the return to our shop.
2. Bring the return to our shop.

How does return work?
1. Download our online return form.
2. Fill in the return form and add this with the invoice to the package.
3. Pack the product well and securely with the original packaging. In this way the chance of damage is as small as possible.
4. Send the package back or bring it back to us.
5. Sit back and wait 3 days for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account.
